Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Changkyun Ltd (Company Number 17228629), trading as The No Need Method ("we", "us"). By booking a call, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide brand and e-commerce consulting services, including but not limited to brand identity, store setup, growth strategy, and related guidance ("Services"). The exact scope of Services is agreed with each client individually, typically via email or a discovery call.

2. Payment

All fees are quoted and charged in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due as specified in your individual agreement or invoice before Services begin, unless a different schedule has been agreed.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Discovery calls can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
• Once work on a paid engagement has begun, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion or where required by law.
• If a package includes multiple deliverables, partial refunds for undelivered portions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials reasonably needed for us to deliver the Services. Delays caused by missing input from your side may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. brand assets, store setup) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. No guarantee of results

We provide guidance, strategy, and execution support, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales figures, revenue growth), as these depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changkyun Ltd's total liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
